Viva ASL in Las Vegas
In February 2004 I was invited to the 8th International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas to give a presentation on the Application Services Library. This was the first ASL presentation in the United States'. Not that the presentation wasn't interesting but you might like to take a look at videos of two of the other acts: the Passing Zone and the Rat Pack.
